Provenance: Seville, Spain

Botanical used in many recipes to add flavour. Also widely used in cocktails to add flavour and as a garnish. Benefits: Helps to lower cholesterol and improve digestion and skin.

MANDARIN

Scientific name: Citrus Reticulata

Origin: Seville

As a flavouring, its acidity provides a very pleasant freshness to drinks with the characteristic sweet touch of this fruit. It has bronchodilator and anti-inflammatory properties, suitable in the treatment of ulcers, helps the intestine and digestion.

ORANGE BLOSSOM FLOWER

Scientific name: Citrus Aurantium

Origin: Seville, Spain

The orange blossom is widely used for the elaboration of beauty and cosmetic products for its essential oils and as a decorative element as well as its use was abundant in traditional medicine and as a condiment for pastry recipes and cold dishes. Essential ingredient in various herbal teas for its sedative properties. Its calming effects help to eliminate discomfort caused by nerves. Orange blossom water is used as a traditional remedy against fainting.
